While some of us attend white tantra in France at the week of European Yoga festival, here in Zurich Wake up and Shine has One last summer month to go:

This summer on Tuesdays 6 15 - 7 45 at Dynamo you get a chance to start your day differently with science of Kundalini yoga:

- 6 15 am learn all about immense potential of hydrotherapie, engage in using water element for your daily energy flow. 

I shall guide you step by step to set up habit of cold shower. Luckily course takes place at Limmat and we can chose to jump in the river directly all together or use showers 

- 6 30 am learn and pravtice efficient Kundalini yoga excercizes to stretch, gain flexibility, regulate organs, gladulars and hormons work, improve blood circulation 

- and in the last part of the session learn to understand your mind through various meditative technics

So that you enter the day positive, open, refreshed and finally you are self enlightened, how and what applicable most in your daily practice towards happy, healthy, fullfilled life.
