Hi! We are Lotte and Karlo, two performers specializing in a Circus object called Cyr wheel.
In our movement practise, we combine acrobatics and dance with a big ring of steel. We are very happy to be able to invite you to our workshop!
In this workshop, we would like to introduce you to the Cyr wheel and teach you some of the first steps. As this is a beginner’s workshop, the focus will be on simple movements and techniques. This includes manipulations, spinning, and floorwork. We might even put you upside down! During the workshop, we will work on both individual and partner exercises.
